The hotel had quite small rooms that felt a bit cramped, but the entrance hall was a nice touch. Didn't have the chance to try the spa. The service was extremely friendly and supportive, especially towards our kids. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and in a quiet area. The dining experience was below average, with limited options for breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and very clean, although some aspects were showing signs of age like peeling wallpaper. The accommodations were just right for a family of four. The service was overwhelmingly helpful and friendly, with a minor exception of one staff member who seemed less welcoming. The hotel's rooms looked much bigger and much nicer in the pictures, but turned out to be not very convenient for our group of 3 adults and 2 children, feeling really cramped. The location was excellent, within walking distance to major tourist sites in the old town, but we were not compensated for any inconveniences.

Service was a mix of unfriendly and unhelpful and room service was subpar. The location was excellent but noisy at night, while the dining meals had limited options. Despite these drawbacks, the homemade pasta was great.
