The breakfast options were really diverse. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the hotel provided a comfortable stay with convenient access to local attractions. The location was central.

the gym access had limited hours for mixed use. the spa's sauna was not working . some areas showed signs of wear, like peeling wallpaper in the room.

The staff provided a map showing attractions with travel tips, that was helpful. The double bed was comfortable, and I slept well each night. The breakfast buffet included a nice variety of options. The rooftop terrace allowed for a pleasant view of the surrounding area.

I noticed a very slight musty odor in the hallways. The elevator seemed a bit small for more than one person and luggage. the steam room wasn't working.

I found the hotel staff professional and respectful. Many spoke english. the breakfast was very good with daily variations (especially the omelets). i really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, always willing to assist with any request.

The hotel lacked a private parking area, requiring guests to use street parking. i also had to leave the car key at reception. It felt a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is centrally located. Many historical attractions are within walking distance. i could easily walk to hagia sofia and the blue mosque. a restaurant street is also nearby, about 200 meters from the hotel.

the hotel has two terraces, including a rooftop terrace. from the rooftop, i could see a great view of the sea. the wellness area included a hammam, which i found super after a long day.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was quite satisfying. the buffet presented many options. i found the breakfast rich in options. i noticed the staff kept a close watch to ensure everything was fresh.

The breakfast had great variety (i really liked the fresh fruit!). The staff members were helpful and friendly. They gave good advice. Cleanliness was everywhere, i noticed. The hotel is super close to the Grand Bazaar.

The wifi was quite slow, i must say. The spa was rather limited, with only a small pool and a turkish bath. The saunas didn't work. I wouldn't advertise it as a hotel with spa.

ideal location friendly staff clean rooms convenient hotel

the location proved ideal with museums shopping centers and numerous restaurants all within walking distance the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. housekeeping maintained very clean rooms and were always respectful. i appreciated the convenience the hotel offered being close to major attractions.

the gym's opening hours were limited for men.

the breakfast offered rich options it had amazing views from the rooftop terrace. i found the spa facilities great the staff were friendly and helpful.

the hotel does not have a private parking area they offer available parking spots on the street i found this slightly inconvenient.
